Tools & Consumables for a Better Finish
Cleaning liquids and polishes work alongside the tools used to apply, buff and remove them. We stock car detailing accessories in Mackay at ProClean Products NQ, including buffing pads, microfibre cloths, ceramic coating applicators and chamois.
The right accessory depends on what you're doing. A cloth used to wipe interior trim may not be the best choice for applying a coating, while buffing pads differ in material and intended polishing action. Keeping accessories clean and choosing them for the product and surface helps avoid unnecessary marks or wasted material.
If you're assembling supplies for a finishing job, our polishing products include liquid polishes and compound gels to consider alongside pads. For an accessories quote, call 0456 955 613 or send an enquiry.
Pads, Cloths & Applicators
We carry several types of detailing accessories, but their uses should be matched to the surface and chemical product rather than selected on appearance alone.
Where washing comes first, our exterior detailing supplies include shampoo and wheel-cleaning products for the earlier stages of vehicle care.
Buffing pads vary in size, texture and application. Check the compound, machine and pad maker's instructions before combining them.
Microfibre cloths are used for wiping, drying and removing suitable products. Separate clean finishing cloths from heavily soiled cleaning cloths.
Ceramic coating applicators are designed for controlled application of compatible coatings. Follow the coating manufacturer's method and disposal directions.
Chamois are another option for vehicle drying and wiping. Keep them free of grit and follow the care directions for the material.
